These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SAT99 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App"), available on iOS and Android, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SAT99 is an independent SAT practice and test-preparation tool. "SAT" is a trademark registered and/or owned by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, does not sponsor, and does not endorse SAT99 or any content within the App. Any reference to "SAT" in the App is used solely to describe the subject matter of our practice content.

The App provides practice questions, practice tests, and score estimates generated by our own scoring model based on your performance within the App. These practice tests are not official SAT exams, and any projected or estimated score shown in the App is an approximation only. It is not produced, verified, or endorsed by the College Board, and it is not equivalent to, and should not be relied upon as a predictor of, any score you may receive on an actual SAT exam. We make no guarantee, express or implied, regarding your performance on the actual SAT or any other standardized test, including as to any specific score improvement, ranking, or outcome.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA, where applicable), and use of the Service by anyone under those ages is not permitted without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as required by applicable law.

To use most features of the App, you must create an account using your phone number, which we use solely to send a one-time login code as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining control of the phone number and device associated with your account, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Certain features of the App are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Subscriptions") purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (each, a "Platform"). By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the applicable Platform to charge your chosen payment method.

• Billing and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal through your Platform account.
• Free Trials: If we offer a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid Subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Price Changes: We may change Subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will be communicated in advance and, where required by the applicable Platform, will require your consent before it takes effect.
• Managing and Canceling: Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not through SAT99 directly. Deleting the App or your SAT99 account does not cancel an active Subscription.

All payments are processed by the applicable Platform, and their respective terms and payment policies also apply to your purchase.

All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Platform through which you subscribed. SAT99 does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google support in accordance with their respective refund policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute App content, including practice questions and test materials, outside the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

The App, including its software, design, practice questions, test content, scoring methodology, and all related materials, is owned by SAT99 or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App for personal, non-commercial SAT preparation, we grant you no other rights in the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any score estimate, practice test, or other content will be accurate, complete, or achieve any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAT99 and its officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any reliance on a projected or estimated score. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason, subject to applicable law.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SAT99 is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
